Nothing changed until I fixed one small habit.
That was the frustrating part.
I was eating better. Walking more. Drinking more water. Still, my weight barely moved.
And honestly, that messes with your head fast.
You start thinking your body is broken.
Most people hit this point eventually.
They try harder. Eat less. Work out more.
Still stuck.
